Popular Hamburger Chain In Fairfield County Adds Fish Sandwich To Sizzling Summer Menu

The stylish burger and bourbon b Restaurants in Stamford and Fairfield will offer blackened Mahi-Mahi Sandwich, Watermelon Gazpacho, Grilled Turkey Rachel and Summer Salad for weekday lunch until Oct. 4.

"The menu focuses on fresh, seasonal produce and flavors that complement our hot days and warm nights," said a spokesperson for the Locals 8 Restaurant Group, the holding company of b Restaurants, formerly known as Plan B Burger Bar.

The company was established in 2008 in Hartford.
